Returns and Refunds

Thanks for shopping at www.chefsmartronline.com, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All products are only eligible for refunds and return only if they’re not tampered, failing to do so will lead to the product getting damaged and your claim will be null and void. All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Quality Tissue Converting Company Pvt Ltd upon the verification and confirmation done by us.

Returns

You have 24 Hours to register a return request from the date you receive an item. Your item will be eligible for return, only if the item is received in damaged condition. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid).

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days.

Cancellations

Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
